Weekend Treats

As I'm job hunting at the moment, money is a bit of an issue but this weekend the boyfriend and I went to the city nearest us, Peterborough, for a little trip out. We mostly just wanted a wander and to get out of the house, but I did pick up a couple of bits that I thought were so cute that I would share them.
These couple of things are from H&M. I'm a little obsessed with stationary and I fell in love with the three patterns on this set of little lined notebooks. As you can probably tell from my banner I'm a fan of gold and I think the little touched of gold on these are so darling. I thought they would be great to slip into my handbag. I love a 'To Do' list so these will be perfect and with this little pencil case I can stop pencil getting onto the contents of my bag. I thought it looked a lot less childish than most and matches my purse so well. Altogether these two were just under £8, which I thought was really reasonable.
I also picked up this A6 sketchbook which I intend to start filling tomorrow. The small size means that I can carry it around easily and it is a little less daunting. I'm really looking forward to getting back into drawing more regularly and simply for pleasure rather than my degree.
The final stop was Lush, a real treat. My boyfriend was kind enough to buy me these two lovelies. The first is the Blackberry Bath Bomb which smells amazing and the second is the Creamy Candy bubble bar which smells sweet and is moisturising. I haven't used either of these before and am excited to try these after a hard day. For dinner I cooked up something really comforting. I have just started Slimming World, so I've been trying out a lot of their recipes. This was the Beef and Bean Hotpot. I adapted it a little, adding more beans than I should have. It turned out so lovely and was perfect comfort food for a rainy Sunday night.
What are your favourite Lush products? I really haven't used many and would love to know! Is anyone else on Slimming World, and got any recipe recommendations?
Thanks for reading!M x
